Welcome anyone reading this blog.  If you are here, then please let us know your feelings about the annual Halloween party hosted at Utah State University.  It is called The HOWL, and it is one of the biggest Halloween parties in the state of Utah.  Students and their friends come from near and far to party the night away with dancing, entertainment, and Halloween fun.  Some people feel there are many negative aspects about The HOWL.  They feel it promotes drinking, drugs, and sex.  So let us hear what you think.  Is rounding up students from across Utah and neighboring states to come and party all together in one night a good or bad thing?
